19.chat rule
Posting any offensive or sexual messages of any kind. This includes: profanity, disgusting or violent situations, insults/harrassment of players, hentai, sexual orientation, sexy pics, sexual symbols (especially symbols that represent male or female body parts), or any kind of *naughty* talk. (and using spaces, symbols or creative spelling to try to hide those words is not fooling anyone.) messages, including while role-playing as your pets. This also includes sexual role-play, advertising dating/mating/marriage websites, dating guilds, or chat boards for you or your Neopet.
Room participation is required. What is meant by that is please do not sit in the chat room and "lurk", as that is not only considered bad manners, but if you're not in here to talk, people wonder what you ARE in here to do. We protect this chat room from perverts, pedophiles, spammers, hackers, solicitors, harrassers, stalkers, and the like, so please chirp up every so often to at least let the people sharing a story know you appreciate it. Enforcing this rule not only protects US as providers of the chat room, but YOU the chatter as well.
Be respectful of other chatters and admins. Harrassing a chatter or admin on the basis of physical, mental or any other disability. If you can't spell or type grammaticaly, don't be angry if people can't understand you, English may not be your first language, but this is an English primary chat, and if you are going to be here, you should make the minimal effort to use the language properly.
