There are plenty of wonders in the world, however only seven are chosen due to Greek’s belief that the number seven is magical. The Eiffel Tower was the tallest buildings in the world until 1931 when Empire State Building in New York was constructed. Now tower has three platforms. At first platform is extremely expensive restaurant, the Jules Verne is on the second platform. The top platform has a bar, souvenir shop, and the office of Gustave Eiffel. If you want to go to the top you can use lift or you can walk by 1710 steps.
When was Eiffel tower build there were many protest in Paris. Many people thinks that the tower will collapse. Some mathematics thinks that tower will collapse when it will be 229 m (751 ft) tall. Also famous writer Guy de Maupassant didn´t like the tower. He often visited the restaurant because it was only place where he didn´t see the tower.
